SHIPPING.

Delivery of purchased products takes an estimated time of up to 5-6 days (Monday through Friday) from your order via DHL or GLS with tracking.

When the package is shipped from our warehouses, you will receive a shipping confirmation email in which you will find a link to click on to track and modify the delivery of your order.

Our shipments allow the modification of:

- scheduled delivery date

- choice of pickup point

- new delivery address

If you have created an account you can find out the status of your shipment by visiting the "My Orders" section of your account.

Delivery times may be delayed in case of

- holidays such as Christmas, August (Italy) and national holidays.

- events beyond the control of those involved in the distribution chain, such as natural disasters, roadblocks due to strikes, demonstrations, traffic accidents, visits by public figures, etc.

- inventory or in case of extraordinary need.

Couriers do NOT deliver on holidays and pre-holidays and national holidays.

Delivery to post office boxes is currently not possible.

Boxes are appropriately large in size and your items are well protected.

Shipping charges include handling and packaging charges and postage.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Depending on your location, import taxes and other fees may occur. Please note that all such fees and duties are to be paid by the customer. For more information regarding imported goods, please check your country specific regulations.


RETURNS.

Changed your mind or got the wrong size?

The timeframe for making a return without specific reasons, is 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

Refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, no costs will be incurred as a consequence of such a refund.

In case of a return made for goods that are NOT defective, the return shipment will be paid by the customer.

All products will be accepted provided they are intact, with original labels not removed, and have not been used or stained.

WHAT TO DO.

  • Print out the Order Confirmation you received via email.

  • Place the product and the Order Confirmation inside an envelope.

  • Take the envelope to the post office or your trusted courier, and mail it to this address:

Within 5 business days of receiving the package, we will send you a refund including all payments made including delivery costs.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY ITEMS.

In case of a return made because of defective goods or other errors, the cost for the return shipment will be paid by Opaco Srls who will send a courier to the customer’s home to pick up the goods that are to be returned.

The user must attach the photographic documentation within 8 days of receipt of the material.
